Shipping policy

We deliver to UK addresses. Standard UK delivery is free.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:30pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Watches

Our standard watch service is Evri Next Day. It aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.

Parts, straps and accessories

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of two to three working days after dispatch. This is not guaranteed. Adding a pin-removal tool to your order does not add a postage charge.

Optional delivery upgrade

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for an additional £2.99 per UK order, including watches, parts, straps, accessories and mixed baskets. The charge applies once per order, subject to Royal Mail service terms and postcode restrictions.

Mixed orders

A watch and accessories ordered together are sent in one parcel using the watch delivery service. The delivery options and any upgrade charge are shown before you pay.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact info@watchlinx.com with your order reference. We will help resolve it with the carrier; your consumer rights remain with Watchlinx.
