Products and fitting

Read the product description, condition, included items and photographs before ordering. New and used items are identified in their listings. For parts, match the watch model, dimensions and connection: appearance alone does not establish compatibility. Ask us if you need help. Watchlinx is an independent retailer; brand names identify watches and compatible parts. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description and meet your consumer rights.

Prices and orders

Prices are in pounds sterling. The checkout shows your items, discounts, delivery options and total before payment. Check your order and delivery details before submitting it. Payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Orders depend on stock availability. If we cannot fulfil an order or identify a material listing or price error, we will contact you promptly to resolve it and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses with free standard delivery. Service estimates, the 12:30pm working-day dispatch cut-off and the optional £2.99 watch delivery upgrade are explained in our delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us about delayed, missing or damaged parcels so we can resolve the matter.

Cancellation and returns

Our returns policy explains your legal cancellation rights, our additional 30-day change-of-mind return period, return-label charges and refunds. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled under your statutory rights; necessary postage is our responsibility. There is no restocking fee.

Additional watch warranty

Complete new and used watches bought on Watchlinx.com include our two-year movement-fault warranty from delivery. This is a Watchlinx warranty, not advertised manufacturer cover. Batteries, water damage and other damage are excluded from the additional guarantee. It does not cover eBay purchases. Read the full warranty terms, including claim instructions and postage. Those exclusions and the two-year period do not limit your statutory rights.

Parts offer

Buy two or more eligible watch links, end links, clasp links or clasps for 15% off those eligible items. You may mix eligible parts or buy more than one of the same part. Watches, tools, whole straps and bracelets are excluded. Any applicable saving is shown in the basket or checkout.

Enquiries and personal information

A request to source a part is an availability enquiry, not an order or reservation. Supply is not guaranteed. We aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. Our privacy policy explains how we use customer details, messages and submitted photos.

Problems or complaints

Email info@watchlinx.com with your order reference and the issue so we can help. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your legal rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Updated website terms do not retrospectively reduce rights or promises attached to an earlier purchase.
