Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns for orders placed through Watchlinx.com, in addition to your legal rights.

Start a return

Tell us within 30 days of delivery that you want to return your purchase. Email info@watchlinx.com with your order reference and the item you want to return. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling. Send the item back within 14 days after telling us.

We will provide return instructions and can supply a return label. Our return address is Watchlinx, 10 Abbey Parade, London SW19 1DG. Pack the item securely and keep proof of posting. Please include the supplied accessories and packaging where possible.

Change-of-mind postage

You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. If you use our label, we deduct its cost from your refund: £3.59 for a watch or £2.50 for accessories, including links, straps, clasps, end links and bracelets. If the label costs less, we deduct only the actual cost. There is no restocking fee. You may instead arrange and pay for your own return service; we then make no label deduction.

Refunds

We refund using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Any standard outward delivery charge is refunded when you cancel the whole order. Our standard delivery is free; any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refunded for a change-of-mind cancellation.

You can examine and try an item as you would in a shop. We may reduce a change-of-mind refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. This does not restrict remedies for faulty goods.

Your cancellation rights

For most online purchases you have a legal right to tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery, then another 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day notification period extends that minimum.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Contact us promptly with your order reference and details of the problem. Your rights may include a repair, replacement or refund. Necessary return postage is our responsibility: the change-of-mind label charges do not apply. Your rights are not limited by our 30-day policy or the duration or exclusions of an additional warranty.

Marketplace purchases

For an eBay order, please start your return through that order so it can be tracked under the applicable eBay process. Your legal rights are unaffected.
