Who we are

Information we use

Depending on how you use our services, this includes your name, contact and delivery details, order and payment transaction records, messages, watch model numbers, measurements and photographs you submit for fitting or warranty help. Shopify also processes device, browser, IP address and website activity information to operate and protect the store. Information comes from you, your use of the website, and service providers involved in your order.

Send photographs of the watch or part only where possible. Avoid including identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated personal information.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries, check compatibility, take steps you request before a purchase, fulfil orders and handle returns or warranty claims: performance of a contract or steps before entering one.
• To maintain required transaction and accounting records and respond to lawful requests: legal obligations.
• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud, manage ordinary business correspondence and resolve disputes: our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, balanced against your rights.
• For optional marketing or non-essential cookies where consent is required: your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

A fitting or sourcing enquiry does not sign you up to marketing or automatic restock alerts. If you choose to subscribe to marketing, you can unsubscribe using the message link or by contacting us.

Service providers

We share relevant information with providers needed to run the service: Shopify for the website, checkout, customer records and enquiry forms; payment providers for transactions; Royal Mail or Evri for deliveries and returns; and Zoho for email. If you choose WhatsApp, your communications are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary for legal or accounting obligations. We do not send your whole enquiry or photo collection to a delivery carrier.

Shopify may process some information for its own purposes. See Shopify’s consumer privacy notice. External services such as WhatsApp and eBay have their own privacy notices.

Cookies and choices

Essential cookies support functions such as your basket, security and consent choices. Where optional cookies or similar technologies are used, the consent banner lets you accept, decline or manage them. You can revisit your choices through the cookie preferences link in the store’s policy area. You can also control cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect shopping functions.

Retention and transfers

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose: handling an enquiry, supplying an order, supporting returns and warranty claims, resolving disputes and meeting record-keeping duties. Legal or accounting records may need to be kept after an order or enquiry closes. We assess deletion requests against those requirements.

Service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the European Union and other countries. Where UK transfer rules apply, transfers require a recognised adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.
